Insurance and Reinsurance

We operate with strong experience in insurance market, especially property, engineering, financial lines (D&O and E&O), liability, cyber, life, surety, agriculture and cargo, and in the reinsurance market, covering loss adjustment, litigation, regulatory aspects SUSEP /CNSP, corporate aspects of operations, constitution of national and international subsidiaries companies, and analysis, preparation and review of insurance and reinsurance contracts.

Digital Business

To assist our clients in all their legal needs in the national and international territory, we have experience in businesses that operate in an online environment through the use of technology and the internet, seeking to commercialize products and services, such as marketplaces, e-commerces and Software as a Service.

We also strategically assist our clients in business feasibility and in the elaboration of their business operations through analysis and preparation of instruments like franchise agreements, commercial representation, distribution, provision of services, software license, manufacturing, transportation, etc.

Danielle acts as an arbitrator for CBMI – Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration, in the area of contractual law, with a focus on insurance and reinsurance
She has solid experience in loss adjustment of highly complex claims and in strategic insurance litigation, especially in the areas of D&O and E&O, liability, property and engineering, building direct contacts with brokers and worldwide insurance and reinsurance companies
She has extensive experience in coordinating and managing teams of lawyers, carrying out audits, in addition to drafting legal opinions on standards issued by SUSEP – Superintendence of Private Insurance and by CNSP – National Council of Private Insurance
Danielle also has experience in the academic field, where she taught as a visiting professor in the Extension Course of Insurance Law at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU
Currently, her work is mainly focused on the areas of consultant and loss adjustment, in the fields of D&O,E&O, liability, cyber, agriculture, property and engineering,in insurance and reinsurance, developing relationships with national and international clients.
