To assist our clients in all their legal needs in the national and international territory, we have experience in businesses that operate in an online environment through the use of technology and the internet, seeking to commercialize products and services, such as marketplaces, e-commerces and Software as a Service.

We work in the analysis, elaboration and negotiation of operational agreements, seeking to facilitate operations between multiple parties, in addition to reviewing documents in accordance with the advent of new legal standards. We also strategically assist our clients in business feasibility and in the elaboration of their business operations through analysis and preparation of instruments like franchise agreements, commercial representation, distribution, provision of services, software license, manufacturing, transportation, etc.

Startups and Innovation

We offer mentoring and specialized and multidisciplinary legal advice for entrepreneurs, investors and companies looking for new business models. We work extensively in advising startups with the development of legal instruments and multidisciplinary consultancy for all phases of the business, including building, operation development and investments.

  • Bachelor of Laws, Faculty of Law, Presbyterian University Mackenzie, Brazil
  • Danielle acts as an arbitrator for CBMI – Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration, in the area of contractual law, with a focus on insurance and reinsurance
  • She has solid experience in loss adjustment of highly complex claims and in strategic insurance litigation, especially in the areas of D&O and E&O, liability, property and engineering, building direct contacts with brokers and worldwide insurance and reinsurance companies
  • She has extensive experience in coordinating and managing teams of lawyers, carrying out audits, in addition to drafting legal opinions on standards issued by SUSEP – Superintendence of Private Insurance and by CNSP – National Council of Private Insurance
  • Danielle also has experience in the academic field, where she taught as a visiting professor in the Extension Course of Insurance Law at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas – FMU
  • Currently, her work is mainly focused on the areas of consultant and loss adjustment, in the fields of D&O,E&O, liability, cyber, agriculture, property and engineering,in insurance and reinsurance, developing relationships with national and international clients. Also, she is focused on building startups and digital business contracts

  • Senior lawyer with significant professional experience in coordinating the areas of strategic and volume civil litigation, especially in cases involving insurance, liability and commercial contracts.

  • Juliane is author of book chapters on civil procedural law articles.
  • She also has experience in reinsurance and in managing teams of lawyers and interns.
